Sealmaster® Fire Seals

Sealmaster® fire seals feature Aluminium carriers for the seals, which enables the smoke sealing blades to be replaced in situ without removing the door(s).

This reduces maintenance costs and allows for damaged or worn seals to be quickly replaced to maintain the integrity of the installation.

We can supply the following Sealmaster® products.

• 30 and 60 minute rated Fire Only Seals.
• 30 and 60 minute rated Fire & Smoke Seals.
• Intumescent Plugs.

Sealmaster® intumescent materials attain a final volume up to 40 times the original packed volume sealing gaps of up to 6mm without putting excess pressure on doors and frames, which could hamper the efforts of resuce services seeking intentional entry.

Sealmaster® smoke seals withstand temperatures up to 250 degrees centigrade.
